1. Introduction

RightSocio offers a suite of social media management tools available in our plans based on the size of your business that are accessible via our website and mobile applications. These powerful tools allow you to add multiple social media accounts for easy access and management through a single online portal. Through this platform, you can manage social media profile, marketing, advertising campaigns, engage with your audiences, schedule, publish your posts and analyze the results of these activities on social media. Collectively, we refer to these tools as our “Services”.

Our services also enable you to customize and connect your RightSocio account to third-party services (“Third-Party Services”), including through apps which may be available to you via our portal/dashboard. The collection of your information by these third parties is governed by the Third-Party Services’ privacy policies and terms. We recommend you carefully review their privacy policies and terms, as RightSocio is not responsible for Third-Party Services.

Any collection, use, and management of personal information by the social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (collectively, the “Social Networks”) are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. When using Social Networks, you are required to comply with their privacy policies and terms. We recommend you carefully review their privacy policies and terms, as RightSocio is not responsible for the Social Networks Services.

Our Services are not intended for use by children and should only be accessed by individuals who are at least 18 years old and are using the Services for business purposes.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information about visitors who visits to our website, from our customers, and/or customer/users, users of our customers’ social media pages.

What information we collect from you directly: The type of information that we collect directly from you varies based on your interaction with our Site that you visit and our Service. We collect information that you send us via any medium, including, but not limited to email, when you register an account with us, contact with us on a customer service issue, fill the other forms on the Site and/or Service. In addition, we collect information about you from other sources, including through third-party services, such as Facebook, Google, or Twitter, through the Sites to login to the Sites or to share information about your experience on the Sites with others.

Such information may include a user’s social media handle, profile username, profile picture, biography, post count, follower counts, website URL, first and last name (if provided by user), We may collect information through your communications with our customers and individuals refers by our customers such as their contact information in order to provide our Service.

6. Sharing of Information

The following are the categories of recipients:

Service Provider: We may share your information with our agents, vendors, and other service providers (collectively “Service Providers”) in connection with their work on our behalf. Service Providers assist us with services such as billing, payment processing, customer service, email deployment, business analytics, marketing, advertising, performance monitoring, hosting, and technical support. Service Providers are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than to provide this assistance, although we may permit them to use aggregate information which does not identify you or de-identified data for other purposes. Social Network and Third party Services: Our primary purpose for using information is to publish your content on social platforms, allow you to track metrics for analytical purposes, and engage with customers through public replies and conversations (direct messages or “DMs”). We may allow you to connect your Social Networks to the Services, or if you authorize a Third-Party Service to access your account, you are agreeing to provide information about you to the Social Networks and the Third-Party Services under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Compliance and Law Enforcement: RightSocio cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law or other legal process. To the extent permitted under applicable law, we may disclose information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims or government inquiries, and to protect the rights, property, life, health, security and safety of us, the Service or any third party, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, fraudulent, abusive, or legally actionable activity, to protect the security or integrity of the Service and any equipment used to make the Service available, or to comply with the law. Business Transfers: We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or if we are involved in a bankruptcy. This Privacy Policy will apply to your personal data as transferred to the new entity. We use YouTube's API services in connection with our Service to provide certain features. In certain situations, RightSocio may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

7. Legal basis for processing personal data (EEA visitors / users only)

If you are a visitor or user from the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.

However, we will normally collect and use Personal Information from you where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data-protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. 8. Cookies, similar tracking technology

We use cookies and similar tracking technology (collectively, “Cookies”) to collect and use information about you, including to serve interest-based advertising. For further information about the types of Cookies we use, why, and how you can control Cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.

We also use audience matching services, such as Facebook and Google, that are targeted to reach people (or similar people) who have visited our Services or are identified in one or more of our databases (“Matched Ads”). This is done by us uploading a customer list to a technology service or incorporating a pixel from technology service into our own Service, and the technology service matching common factors between our data and their data of Third Party Services. For instance, we incorporate the Facebook pixel on our Service and may share your email address with Facebook as part of our use of Facebook Custom Audiences serve Matched Ads on Facebook services, you should be able to hover over the box in the right corner of such a Facebook ad and find out how to opt-out. We are not responsible for such Third Party Services’ failure to comply with your opt-out instructions.

Our Service contains content from and hyperlinks to websites, locations, platforms, and services operated and owned by third parties (“Third Party Services”).

The website may provide links to (or links from) third-party websites, none of which are governed by this Privacy Policy. RighrSocio is not responsible for those websites’ content or information practices. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site or service before providing any personal information.

These Third Party Services may use Tracking Technologies to independently collect information about you and may solicit information from you. The information collected and stored by third parties, whether through our Service, a Third Party Service, a Third Party Feature (defined below), or a third party device, remains subject to their own policies and practices, including what information they share with us, your rights and choices on their services and devices and whether they store information in the U.S. or elsewhere. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with and consult their privacy policies and terms of use.

Sharing and Logging-In - We may embed a pixel or SDK on our Service that allows you to “like” and “share” content on, or log-in to your Company account through, Third Party Services, including social networks. If you choose to engage with such a Third Party Service through our Service, we may collect any information you have authorized to share with us (such as your user ID, billing information, public profile information, e-mail address, birthday, friends list, and other account and profile data). Likewise, if you choose to engage with such a Third Party Service through our Service or visit our Service while logged in to that Third Party Service on your device, the Third Party Service may receive information about your activities on our Service and be able to associate that information with information the Third Party Service already has about you.

Please note that if you are a Candidate or Employee whose personal information has been collected through the Service and you would like to exercise your data protection rights in respect of your personal information, you should contact the Employer directly. We will provide assistance to the Employer to respond to your request, where required, in accordance with their instructions and the terms of our agreements with them.

11. Personal information security policy for User ID and Password

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process about you. We take reasonable and appropriate measures designed to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These security safeguards include, but are not limited to, network and host security controls (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.), data encryption (both at rest and during transmission), and operating procedures that are designed to protect your information. You should protect your user ID and password and NOT share it with anyone. Additionally, enabling two-step verification or SSO integration, where available, is also recommended. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.

12. Data retention

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

13. International Transfers

Specifically, our servers are located in the United States, and our group companies and third party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your information we may process it in any of these countries.

However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. These include implementing Binding Corporate Rules / the European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies, which require all group companies to protect personal information they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection law.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent, unless permitted by law. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

15. Changes to the Privacy Policy

When we update our Privacy Policy, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make.
